- Wall thickness at various points to ascertain uniform distribution of the material
- Overall height, neck dimensions, body diameter to make sure that the product is as per product specifications.
- Superior performance with the assistance of drop test, closure leakage, stack load resistance test, etc. This is performed under static and vibratory conditions.
- Top load (resistance): This is influenced by material distribution and container shapes. We make sure that the containers are capable of withstanding stacking loads (when empty) and also additional load that is imposed by filling the head or capping machine on the filling line
